This was, by far, the best hotel experience I have ever had! I’ve stayed everywhere from roadside motels to five-star resorts, and Staybridge Suites is at the top of my list. What made it so exceptional wasn’t just the beautiful accommodations or amenities, but the genuine kindness, thoughtfulness, and care of the staff. I came to the hotel unexpectedly after a sewage leak made my home uninhabitable. I was also recovering from surgery and learning to walk again, so relocating under those circumstances was especially challenging. From the very beginning, the staff made an overwhelming situation feel manageable. The first manager I met (I believe her name was Sandra) was incredibly sweet and took the time to show me several ADA room options to ensure I could shower safely. She even personally retrieved a non-slip shower mat and shower chair for me. That level of thoughtfulness meant more than she could have known, and it set the tone for my entire stay. As the days went on, I was continually impressed by how thoughtfully the hotel creates a relaxing, welcoming environment. The complimentary happy hours were a wonderful touch, and the breakfast was incredible! The room itself felt like staying at a resort, but with the added convenience of a full-size refrigerator and freezer, which was especially helpful for my ice packs. Whenever something needed attention, maintenance responded quickly to resolve it. One experience, in particular, brought me to tears of gratitude. One morning, I no longer had anyone available to help me, so I wheeled myself to breakfast, unsure how I would manage getting my food. A staff member immediately stepped in, helped me throughout breakfast, continued checking on me, and even wheeled me back afterward. I was so moved that I had tears of joy running down my face. I later learned that this incredibly kind person was Evan, the Director of Sales, who had stepped in to help because the hotel was short-staffed that day. He could have focused on his own responsibilities, but instead, he went above and beyond to care for a guest who needed help. That same spirit of generosity and hospitality was reflected in other team members, including Andres and Rubey, who consistently went out of their way to assist me. Every interaction reinforced how special this hotel truly is. I am deeply grateful to Evan, Andres, Ricardo, Rubey, Sandra (if I have her name correct), and the entire Staybridge Suites team. During a physically and emotionally difficult chapter of my life, they made me feel cared for, welcomed, and genuinely valued. I have stayed at many hotels, but I will remember this experience for a long time. Staybridge Suites has set a new standard for hospitality, and I have already been recommending it to everyone I know. If management reads these reviews, please know what an incredible team you have. Their kindness made a lasting difference in my life, and they deserve to be recognized for it!

This was the second time we stayed here. I had water damage in my home and choose your hotel for a week stay, with my emotional support animal and child. When a situation like this happens everything else goes on the back burner. As you can imagine traveling with children and an animal on your own is also another adventure. So I was hoping this place was going to be a piece of mind as it was before. Completely opposite. The room was not cleaned properly. Our feet were black from the carpet, which had a foul smell to it. When it was bed time it got even better. The 2 pillows and the very last sheets also had foul odor. As my child had to go to school the next day I left on the bed what appeared to be clean. The resort fee that they failed to mention gives you access to a murky pool (probably urine) no mini golf access as I was told no sticks or balls, and some cornhole. And then parking which they also did not mention. Never gave me bill that I asked for a check out. No paperwork no credit card to check. The best part then I called this morning. There guest representative, after leaving me on hold knowing there was no one else to talk to. Hangs up on me. 1500 dollar stay??? You are not better then motel 6!!!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The rooms are spacious since they are suites so it’s as big as a small apartment, which includes beds, kitchen, and living space. Front staff were accommodating with bedroom amenities as well as so welcoming and room price rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend enjoying their complimentary breakfast and Social Hour bites! They have a great outdoor space where you can relax, play games, and enjoy coffee/tea.

We have stayed here several times already, as it is at a very convenient location, with fantastic breakfast and great suites. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking comes at a cost of 25$. Lots of enjoyment areas, like the pool, tennis courts, billiard table, mini golfing and much more. They have a self service laundry facility. Room cleaning is not available on a short stay, only if longer than a week. This time the only issue we faced was that our bed made us itch. Both of us!

We were able to get a room last minute with this place because we had some issues with the car. This hotel was definitely a surprise. From the staff , to rooms being clean, the amenities that they offered and lastly the breakfast offerings. My wife mentioned that this was by far the best "Staybridge" hotels that she's been to compared to other hotels visited recently. The kids really enjoyed the play area , they had zenga blocks, basketball , board games, tennis courts, swimming pool. Everything a kid can ask for. The rooms were clean and nicely presented, got enough bed sheets and pillows for the kids and I. Also the couch bed was surprising comfortable. lastly, the highlight of this trip... This place has the best breakfast offerings ever!!! From different variety of fruit offerings , to pancakes, waffle makers, bagels , eggs , sausage. It was honestly so so good. Shoutout to the managers of this place, Jacob & Chris (GM) they were very kind and always helpful. Chris infact was cleaning tables for the hotel guests to dine in. That says something when the manager does something everyone dislikes to do. I shall be back and look forward to staying here if i am in the area again. Thank you Staybridge and staff!
