about 1 month agoI really enjoyed my stay here. My AC broke and at the height of the heat wave, I needed an escape. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet despite the hotel being located off a busy street. And, most importantly, the AC was in working order and not loud. Parking was never an issue. The receptionist was very accommodating to my requests. I ended up extending my stay another night and was tempted to extend it even more. I'm glad I discovered this hotel and will be sure to stay here again next time I'm in need of back up place to stay.

2 months agoI really enjoyed my stay at SpringHill Suites, even though it was brief. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable as well. The breakfast was great especially the waffles! Austin at the front desk was also very helpful and answered any questions I had. One thing to keep in mind is that since the hotel is near the airport. Naturally you can hear planes arriving and departing throughout the night. If you’re sensitive to background noise while sleeping, I’d recommend bringing earplugs or noise canceling headphones. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

3 months agoHad a issue with the tv and the team was quick to get it fixed. Staff is really friendly and professional, rooms are nice, AC blows cold, the bed was comfortable and spacious. The morning breakfast was perfect and fresh hot coffee and tea is available 24/7. Definitely will stay at this location again.

3 months agoThis was the perfect location for watching the Junior National swim championships at Woollett Aquatics center. Close to the airport and a very convenient 20 min drive to the pool. The breakfast offerings are decent and similar to other Springhill suites we've stayed at. Staff was very friendly. A couple possible points of improvement are the need for 1 or 2 more towel hooks. We always prefer reusing our towels but hard to get them to dry without places to hang them. Also, the pillows were on the less supportive side.

4 months agoI found this to be an excellent place to stay—clean, comfortable, and safe. When we arrived, the front desk staff, Sarah and Kat, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Their excellent customer service made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for your vacation. It deserves a 10 out of 10. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended and 100% safe!
