about 2 months agoThe bathroom wall corners need to be cleaned. My room smelled like old throw up and gym socks... we left the window wide open and the ac full blast all all all night!! We slept well no noise.

3 months agoWhat a horrible experience! The rooms are dark, outdated and have lingering smells that are nauseating. The walls are so thin, you hear everything- yelling, slamming, plumbing. The ice maker never made ice and the coffee maker was missing several components. The bath towels are so rough and stiff. We had a 1 bedroom plus a loft. The loft is hot and stuffy because the AC apparently doesn't work up there and the downstairs bedroom has glass doors with sheer curtains that have to be forced shut and was incredibly loud to open. There are 4 each of very small washers and dryers. Oh! And when you check out, you get handed a bill for their "free" Wi-Fi. But don't worry, it's only $100/week. You could dispute it but only one person who's always out to lunch can call you some other time but won't. This motel, because that's what it is- a motel, is near nothing of use, just a bunch of industrial buildings.

4 months agoI’ve stayed a few times now and each stay has been fantastic. Clean rooms, quiet location, and an excellent team. Rooms are mostly modern, with plenty of parking. Coffee is always hot in the morning and there are smiling faces to greet you. My hotel choice when I’m in the area.

5 months agoStay away from this hotel. The frondesk guy was a liar and he said something to you about the charges of the room and he went and charged your visa different prices. My advise to you don't stay at this terrible hotel and waste your money and time.

7 months agoThe hotel definitely needs updating. AC is very loud. Fridge makes weird noises at night. I got a penthouse suite with the loft. Definitely not safe for kids. They could fall off the 2nd floor from the room with the loft. It should just be wall it off. AC evaportor should we mounted somewhere quiet like in the attic. You could hear it blasting if your sleeping on the couch.
