This is the most disgusting place ever. Was told if you are staying long term they clean your room every 14 day and that includes changing the sheets. Floor was disgusting wiped up some spilled water and the towel was black!!! They provide nothing in the rooms. You have to request it which we did and were told 20 minutes. It never showed up. Stayed one night and left. Very sketchy people hanging around. The staff was incredibly rude and barely speak English. Save yourself time and money and go someplace else.

I’m not asking for any additional compensation for the terrible situation I experienced that night. I’m only asking for a full refund of what I paid. After this experience, I don’t believe you are entitled to keep my money for a service that resulted in such a terrible situation. I hope you will do the right thing, handle this fairly, and demonstrate that you stand behind your customers and your business. Please proceed with the full refund and confirm once it has been processed.********* Absolutely horrible experience. I’m honestly shocked and very disappointed. I booked this room in advance for two nights and paid the full amount. I had a confirmed reservation, and I even contacted them through the chat beforehand to let them know that I would be arriving late. I arrived at the hotel around 2:00 AM, and the place was closed. There was a phone box with instructions saying to dial “0” for late check-in, so I called. Someone answered the phone. I explained that I had a confirmed booking and was there to check in. The first thing he told me was that there was no check-in at that time. I asked him to please check my name and reservation confirmation number, but he just told me there was no information under my name or phone number. Seriously?! How is that possible? They had my email, my contact number, my booking information, and they had already taken my full payment. I had even informed them in advance that I would be arriving late. If there was any problem with my reservation or if late check-in was not possible, they should have contacted me in advance. I would have had time to find another hotel. But what am I supposed to do at 2:00 AM when I’m standing outside with my luggage and being told that there is no booking and no check-in? This is beyond disappointing. They took my money, sent me a confirmation, and then when I actually showed up, suddenly there was “no information” about my reservation. I’m sharing this review because I really don’t want anyone else to go through what I’m going through right now. Please think twice before booking this place, especially if you’re arriving late at night. For me, this has been an absolutely horrible experience and completely unacceptable service. I hate to complain, but my child’s Apple Watch was clearly left on the bathroom vanity before we checked out. I contacted the hotel, and I was told it was not found. This is extremely disappointing. This all happened in room 111 on the morning of July 18 The watch was left in plain sight on the bathroom vanity right before we left the room. I respectfully ask that you review the housekeeping and cleaning logs and speak with the staff who serviced the room as soon as possible. I would appreciate a thorough investigation and any updates regarding the watch’s whereabouts. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Please be careful with your belongings and double-check your room before you leave. If you forget something, don’t expect to get it back. In my experience, the housekeeping staff said they didn’t see anything, even though I was certain I had left it there. I accidentally left three large bottles of whiskey and some Coke under the sink for just a few hours. When I returned, everything was gone. I spoke with the manager, but nothing was found, and the housekeeper claimed she hadn’t seen anything. I was 100% sure I had left them there. I also emailed the office, but they didn’t investigate the situation. Just a warning to others: make sure you check your room carefully before checking out. ESA is not trustable to live.
