Bed and shower were great. ;) never seen a shower like that. Def my favorite feature. Even with triple digit temps for several days, the water was ice cold. It's their center attraction but not very useful if you can't get in the water. Probably perfect of you're from Canada or Alaska lol

I do not recommend this hotel. The only reason the hotel is running because it is walking distance from the airport. Checking process unsatisfactory. No one at the front desk and had to wait before someone showed up. They charge you $28 per night for parking. Rooms were not clean, no microwave and mini fridge in the room. I had to rent a mini fridge for $10 a day and that too har mold in it and was crippled fridge. They had to put a towel under the fridge to make it stable. Bathtub was not clean and AC didn’t work properly. I will not be staying in this hotel.

Google Review need to allow for 0 ratings. This has been a horrible experience. The ONLY positive part of this horrible experience was the gentleman at the front desk was very cordial with us as we arrived for a very late check in due to travel delays. Our 100% prepaid room was not only not available but all other double bed options were ALL NOT CLEANED, how in hell does a hotel, actually it'a motel feel inside, operate like this right before a Monday? NO RESTAURANT, NO POOL VIEW that we pre-paid for. We were only given 1 bedroom option with a sofa that one of us has to sleep on with no extra blankets, I am sure they were not cleaned. BY THE WAY, the hotel will reply to this in a AUTO-BOT form and never truly address this. Due to express our disgust our parking was waived and then they had the nerve to require dailiy room deposits after being fully paid up front for nothing delivered??? Oh hell no. Guess, we did not pay that either. I am not going to end here. I am formalizing a letter to the hotel owner, City of Irvine department of tourism and BBB. I will demand a 100% refund. I have never experienced such disgust in my travels. I have decades of work in tourism working with major conventions and conferences and will not let this go. To the owners I truly hope you either sell your property to a owner that will elevate this property to relevant status or close.

The good..... Very nice pool and cabanas. We enjoyed sitting and swimming outside very beautiful pool area. Very well decorated lobby and entrance loved the waterfalls outside when you first enter as well. Room was cleaned well and had a pleasant smell. Great wifi connection. Good AC just little loud. The bad..... There was no mini fridge or microwave to keep my kids some drinks or snacks so it was hard to be there 3 days with younger children and no cold waters or drinks without having to buy from gas station every day which gets pretty expensive. Every meal had to be taken out of the room which took up the pool time for my children. They only have 1 microwave at the front of hotel which isn't very convenient. Draining of the sink and tub was awful took forever. But all in all we did enjoy our stay we would stay again. All staff was very friendly.

Very nice hotel and staff! The cleaning ladies were amazing and so so sweet! Our toilet was broken which was a bummer, but they upgraded us to a better room because of it and that was nice! The second room didn’t have outlets by the bathroom sink which was weird but we made it work. Overall it was a good experience!
