16 days agoClassy place to stay for some TLC on a vacation! The employees are friendly, responsive, and courteous, from housekeeping staff on floor 6 to the front desk hostess Cindy on arrival. I appreciated my stay here, safe location and the elevators require a key card to get up to the room-more peace of mind.

2 months agoIt's a fine hotel, the staff are great, the rooms are modern, it's a clean property, but it's just the most random thing where the rooms get mega humid when you don't keep it super cold. This is my fridge after my HVAC unit was set to 73, the condensation on my fridge was dripping on the outside, everything is damp, and things don't dry. It was weird because when I walked in my room was ice cold at below 70, and when I set it to 73 it started blowing hot and humid air. It's a really weird thing, but I don't like to sleep super cold and this made it uncomfortable. Everything else about the place is fine though!

4 months agoDirty and hidden parking fee practices. Very small and vague parking fee note. Every other marriot hotel in the area is very clear about the parking charge except this one. I booked because their note mislead me to understand there isnt a parking fee. They charged me parking fee upon check in. I asked to cancel my reservation because i felt that I was mislead by their false advertisement and they wanted to hold me responsible for first night charge. I have been a Bonvoy Gold member for 8 years now. This is extremely disappointing.

5 months agoLove staying here. The rooms are always clean, staff is kind and Zed at the bar downstairs is great. He is very welcoming, friendly and gave us local suggestions. Easy parking and walking distance to restaurants.

6 months agoI can't say enough great things about my stay! Immediately upon check-in, the staff was kind, welcoming, and accommodating. I was in town for a half marathon, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was supported. From early morning (3:30am) peanut butter retrieval by a front desk attendant, to the late checkout that allowed for a post-race shower (hallelujah!), and a kind valet staff that allowed me to park close-by during check-out (shorter walking distance when I was sore and carrying my bags) ...the staff displayed that they understood my needs and were there to ease any stressors. The room was clean, quiet, and beautiful. The in-room sound machine ensure that I slept solidly before race-day, even with my 6:30pm bedtime! I recommend this hotel with the highest regards.
