!!!!!!! SCAMMERS -- DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!!! We just left the property, which we have stayed at for years without many issues....it seems that now they make their money from scamming people. We have had to open up investigations on them for fraud with their own headquarters, because not only did they fail to tell ANYONE that they were doing deep cleaning and would likely have to kick out anyone who was checking in this weekend and and still charge for a full stay (which headquarters said is AGAINST POLICY) At check out they also refused to refund the early check in and late check out that was REQUESTED BUT NEVER GIVEN TO US. We have always added the early check in and late check out request when booking through their website and were ALWAYS told that they dont charge it until we are on property and they can confirm if its even available. But this time they claim that because it was REQUESTED it was still being charged, EVEN THO WE DID NOT RECIEVE IT. I called to report this & the front desk lady who USED TO BE A KIND PERSON WITH A HEART, LIED TO THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT WAS ASSISTING US, BY SAYING THAT WE NEVER CALLED TO CHECK ON THE ESRLY CHECK IN AND JUST SHOWED UP AT 4PM INSTEAD, WHICH IS A LIE BECAUSE WE CALLED AT ABOUT 9AM AND WERE TOLD TO CALL BACK AT 130PM WITH WE ALSO DID AND WERE DENIED BOTH THE EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT AND TOLD THST WE COULD ONLY CHECK IN AT 4PM. The saddest part is theyre probably running this scam on the poor people who stay with them from the hospital that is right next door and those people dont even know it because theyre too overwhelmed with their own health problems and medical emergencies to even notice when theyre being scammed. DO NOT STAY WITH THEM, THEYRE NO LONGER DECENT PEOPLE. NOW THEYRE GUTLESS SCAMMERS AND WILL BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD BY OUR BANK AND THEIR HEADQUARTERS IF YOU HAVE LOVED ONES AT THE HOAG HOSPITAL NEXT DOOR AND NEED A PLACE TO STAY, LOOK ELSEWHERE SO YOU WONT BE SCAMMED WHILE ALSO GOING THROUGH A DIFFICULT TIME

While a good location, quiet, clean and had a comfortable bed, the dark floors hid a boatload of grime which I got all over my socks. Also, upon receiving their emailed invoice, we were charged a higher price for our second (and last) night. When I reached out for an explanation I got that I had agreed to the first nights price when I registered. Silly me, figuring each night would be the same price. Won't be staying again.

We stayed almost 4 nights at Sonesta Simply Suites near Irvine Spectrum. The room is neat and kitchen has all the utensils necessary. They additionally also provide instant pot, toaster upon request. The front desk service was 24*7. But the problem was they don't clean the room on a daily basis and you need to go to the reception with dirty towels to get them replaced. They also don't change the bins. This is something they can work on personally. But overall, the stay felt warm and cozy.

figured itd be just another boring hotel but this place totally proved me wrong. i come back alot for work and its been GREAT every single time beds are super comfortabel and the kitchen actually has real plates and pots not just a microwave laughing at you. staff at the front desk remmebered me after a few visits which was so nice to feel like a regular you know. NEVER had a problem with noise or parking even when they seemed fully booked. defintely gonna keep staying here every time im in the area.

As I was trying put dishes in dishwasher, as I open the dishwasher an awful smell came out of it that stank the whole room. As it hasn’t been rinsed or use for months it was really sad and disgusting. I started gagging so did my husband. I didn’t even wanted to keep cooking after that! I also tried to ask for extra clean towels because I have 2 kids 7 and 10. And stuff said if you want clean towels bring the dirty towels down and you can get clean towels. Otherwise you can’t get extra towels. Wouldn’t recommend.
