A very nice place to stay in Irvine. Clean modern facility. Well maintained. Excellent shuttle service. Good interaction between staff for coordination. Drivers friendly and professional. Cold water offered. Staff interactions positive and friendly. A well equipped fitness center. Restaurants next door and include an excellent sandwich shop.

I don't normally provide feedback, but I am providing it this time, as this was probably my most pleasant stay ever at any Embassy Suites. I had a long day of driving due to seeing customers, and really needed a nap before having dinner with a customer later in the evening. I used digital check in and to my surprise, my room was ready by noon (well before the 4pm check in). I was not in the best mood due to the 90+ degree heat and all the driving I had to do when I arrived, the staff at the front desk were quick to help me with a parking pass and I liked that there were plenty of parking spaces (and glad the parking spaces were in a structure that is covered). The room itself was clean and nice. I appreciated the extra towels and plenty of pillows on the bed. I had a very pleasant nap before my next meeting with my customer. The extra outlets everywhere is much appreciated, and the wifi was plenty fast for me to do a bit of work in the room. I came back later that night and slept very well, as the AC was plenty strong even with the Irvine heat. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, I liked that all the tables were clean, and there were plenty of hot and cold options for breakfast. Along with plenty of coffee. I had to leave early in the morning, so I appreciate the very early breakfast hours of 6am on M-F and 6:30am on weekends. I can't really think of anything wrong with my stay, I didn't interact with the staff much as I was so tired and stressed from the work day. The only thing I can comment on is if the parking spaces can be a little bigger, my rental car fit just fine but I noticed the SUVs and pickup trucks were having trouble fitting in the spaces. And of course, $37 a night for parking is a bit steep.

We stayed at this hotel for my son’s tournament. Overall, the accommodations were great. Our suite was spacious, with two queen beds, a separate living area with a couch, and plenty of room for our family. The complimentary happy hour was a nice touch, with each guest receiving two drink vouchers, and the breakfast was good, especially the made-to-order omelet station. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the hotel. I understand the hotel was nearly at capacity because of the tournament, but there were several disappointing issues. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, we were not provided the complimentary snacks and bottled water at check-in, even though they are part of the Diamond benefits. After the hotel sent a post-stay feedback request, I replied and mentioned the oversight. To their credit, the hotel manager responded promptly and arranged for us to receive the snacks and water. There were also multiple billing errors. I was double charged for the room upgrade, as well as taxes and fees. While the hotel corrected the mistakes after I brought them to their attention, I would still recommend reviewing your bill carefully before checking out. The front desk staff also came across as unwelcoming and, at times, dismissive. On our final day, I asked if we could have just a 30-minute late checkout so my son could shower after his tournament game. The request was denied unless I paid an additional $60, so we had to leave by 11:00 a.m. Overall, the hotel itself is very nice, and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. However, the service inconsistencies and billing issues kept the experience from being as enjoyable as it could have been.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We were with our young children and they loved it there as well. The entire interior was beautiful. The staff were so friendly. We had a 1 bedroom 2 queen bed suite with a sofa bed. I have zero complaints about our stay. They also offer free breakfast buffet with an omelette station. We will be staying here from now on any time we’re in town

This is our third time staying here. Every time we are in the OC, we choose this hotel. Close to everything, safe and quiet area. The breakfast is such a step above other chains and much appreciated every morning. The evening happy hour is also a great plus. The rooms aren’t updated but didn’t seem as old as others made it sound. Everything was very clean and functional, no complaints. Also it’s so quiet, we slept so well and didn’t hear any noises from other rooms. My only complaint is the cost of parking. $37 seems so excessive for the area and almost made us book another hotel. That being said, it’s an easy in and out and always plenty of spaces.
