2 months agoReally nice, modern property. Clean, well equipped rooms. Nice gym and spectacular pool. Lots of games for kids. On the 405 so if you open your sliding glass door it can be loud. That’s my only “complaint”, but honestly it’s a great hotel.

3 months agoReceived an email from Marriott that our points were about to expire, so we decided to use them on a trip to Irvine. We checked in later than usual (8:00pm), and the young man was very friendly and full of energy & enthusiasm. Also he gave us complimentary coupons for the Starbucks in the morning for either a drink or pastry. Our room was on the 10th floor in a corner, a little small than the average Marriott room, but was still up to the Marriott’s standards. Marriott’s is very consistent, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean with all the usual amenities. Even with our close proximity to the very busy 405 freeway, we really didn’t hear it. We can recommend the Marriott Irvine.

3 months agoOverall, I have to say it was a good stay. There were a couple of speed bumps. They have a thing online where they advertise a guest room. That is false advertisement. The registration desk told me that the spare room is only about an arm span in distance. About 40 inches in total. They actually upcharge for that. Room was clean, bathrooms were okay, beds are comfortable but worn out. Everything was just okay not impressive at all. Especially for the over price of it all. But I gave them four stars anyway cuz I don't want to be a Karen.

4 months agoNice hotel but we couldn't even swim because they had kids paying 5.00 to go in the pool. Parking attendants half of the time were messing around and not doing their job. We had to complain! At least we didn't get charged for the last night on parking. We would had been happier if we could hang going to the pool since this place isn't cheap to stay at Be mindful of ur paying nightly customers please!

5 months agoPros: -About 6 mins from John Wayne airport -Hot Shoppe has lots of great drink options and menu items. Udon, hard seltzer, tea, different types of sparkling water, watermelon water, salads, sushi, souvenirs-t shirts, mugs, shot glasses, etc. connected to Starbucks -Fabulous pool area with training area for workouts, gaming area with a couple of arcade and table tennis. Also huge screen to watch movies and events. They features movies on certain dates. Towels are complimentary at towel stand. -Great fitness centers with complimentary water, cold towel, fruit bowls, earbuds and towels. -Top Golf Suite w/ reservations -Plantinum members and above lounge access -small market by check out desk Cons: -No microwaves in rooms. The ladies at the Starbucks are always so nice! I’ve been here a handful of times, and every single time 5 star service with a smile from them.
