The Hilton Irvine/Orange County Airport consistently receives high praise for its friendly and supportive staff, clean facilities, and convenient location near the airport and dining options. While some guests note concerns regarding parking fees and limited in-room amenities, the overall experience is marked by a long-standing commitment to hospitality and service.
The hotel is nice and exactly what you’d expect from a Hilton—clean, comfortable, and well run. The staff is what made the stay stand out. They were extremely friendly and supportive to my family and I during a difficult time. They stayed in close communication throughout our stay and assisted our family in every way they could. Their kindness really mattered. We’re grateful and would gladly stay here again.
Dogs are welcomed and allowed at the pool. The outdoor space and bar were beautiful. Everything’s extremely clean. There’s a water station to refill your own bottles. Lemon welcome water at check in. Our dog was a happy camper. The only downside was the valet was very expensive (51.00) but it’s only 4.00 less to self park. The location is great with so many dinning options near by and Newport is super close as well.
The stay at this Hilton location was absolutely amazing ? ?, it has taken me two weeks to come down from the high of staying here. From the first incredible interaction with front desk clerk Marissa, to the daily room service, the infused water station, the cleanliness of the room and Hilton property itself, I absolutely loved this location and felt so loved by the Hilton brand. My only gripe was the expense of the breakfast compared to the food available, but the service at breakfast was also very good ?. I truly must say as I said in previous review this location truly exemplified Conrad Hiltons vision ""It has been, and continues to be, our responsibility to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality."
The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has the upscale feel you’d expect from a Hilton. The staff was friendly, and having a restaurant on-site is definitely convenient if you don’t feel like going out after a long day. That said, there were a few things that really surprised me. The biggest one is the overnight parking fee, which is over $50 per night. If you’re driving, make sure to factor that into your budget because it adds up quickly. Also, valet service closes around 11 PM, so if you arrive late, your options can be limited. Another disappointment was the room amenities. There was no refrigerator or microwave, which made it inconvenient for storing leftovers or drinks. In 2026, I was also surprised that the TV wasn’t a smart TV and there was no easy way to connect or cast from your phone. It feels like a basic feature that most hotels offer nowadays. Overall, the hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and in a great location near the airport. However, between the expensive parking, lack of a fridge and microwave, and outdated in-room technology, I expected more for the price. If you’re booking here, just be sure to include the parking cost in your total budget so there aren’t any surprises.
I have been coming to this hotel for many years, dating back to 2008 when we held my father’s Celebration of Life here. Six months later, we returned for another family gathering, and over the years I have also hosted several large-scale business events at this property. It has always held a special place for me because of the wonderful service and hospitality. Today, we decided to have lunch at the lobby restaurant, and I felt it deserved a special mention. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and the service was warm and attentive. It’s great to see that, after all these years, the hotel continues to provide such a consistently enjoyable experience. We will be hosting sn international summer Mixer here on 7/15/26 wnd just filmed promotional video which I will post here.
